Dr. Golia’s office is always warm, prompt and efficient. My dental hygienist Brenda was thorough and gentle. Dr. Golia is always thorough, explaining things and accurate. He is sensitive to his patients needs and a great communicator. I highly recommend this office for all dental services.

If I could assign a title to this review, with a single word to sum up Dr. Golia, it’s MASTERY.I've been a patient of Dr. Golia all my adult life. How fortuitous I was from the start to have an exemplary dentist! Dr. Golia embodies kind & compassionate care and it extends to every one of his staff. During any procedure, they are constantly checking in on your comfort level. Dr. Golia is also known for his great playlists, filtered through every room speaker, his selections additionally create more ease. Even when Dr. Golia enters the room just for a quick exam during a cleaning, his personable & effervescent charisma raises your vibration. His generosity & his way of always looking out for me, I’ve always been so grateful for. It's easy to take for granted the multitude of skill sets/talents he possesses because his execution in everything he does makes it appear so seamless. I’ve always had full trust in his opinion/direction since he’s always motivated by his patients’ highest benefit & result. Excellence, attention to detail, integrity & artistry. Dr. Golia is a sculptor with a surgeon’s fine dexterity of hand & high sense of aesthetics. I wish I had found Dr. Golia years ago. He is conscientious and patient and thorough and kind. I moved my kids to this office from a nearby children's dentist practice after experiencing a thorough yet gentle cleaning from Brenda the hygienist. I knew that her caring demeanor would connect with my kids, especially when it comes to educating them on the importance of daily care. Elizabeth behind the desk is super helpful and always efficient with insurance filing and appointments. Going in for cleanings and checkups are a pleasure. I'll be very sad when Dr. Golia retires!

Golia Dental is a top quality dental practice. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for their patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Golia's for close to 30 years. I chose him and continue to see him because of his knowledge, professionalism, caring attitude, and willingness to discuss and listen to everyone of my concerns, never belittling or insulting my observations. Dr. Golia's technological knowledge and medical knowledge have kept pace with the industry. His office is equipped with the latest equipment in the field. His staff is well-trained, polite, friendly, and responsive, It is always such a pleasure to deal with them. I would travel from out-of-state to ensure that my oral health would continue to be as well taken care of as it has been.

Dr. Golia’s office has made my twice a year trip to the dentist a pleasure. The front office is pleasant and accommodating. Brenda is wonderful, always providing education and meticulous attention to my teeth. I have had such a great experience here over the last 8 years compared to my previous dentists. Dr. Golia office is very professional and the staff gives warm welcome to there patients. Went for a bi-yearly check up and Bethany is an excellent dental hygienist. As for Dr. Golia, he is the best! He treats his patients with respect and gives good advice on how to take care of your teeth.

I went for my bi-yearly cleaning at Dr.Golia’s with my hygienist Brenda! I am always made to feel comfortable. Brenda’s room is very clean and the music is relaxing. Dr. Golia came in to assess me after my cleaning was finished. Not only did I pass my exam with flying colors, Dr. Golia and I had a good discussion about the meaning of PERSEVERANCE in daily life. As a doctor with a distinguished career, as he has had, defining perseverance is something he can testify to!Coming to Golia Dental is always a pleasant experience. It is a place where everyone knows your name!

It was a great experience visiting with Brenda! She is a super hygienist, thorough, easy to talk to, and also easy to relax around. Dr. Golia was extremely welcoming and took the time to talk with me in order for us to become better acquainted. This was my first visit with him since making him my dentist after the retirement of my previous, terrific dentist, who had recommended Dr. Golia. The examination that he gave me was, strikingly, the most thoroughgoing and sophisticated exam and analysis of my mouth (jaw, gums, teeth, crowns, etc.) that I've ever had. Nothing happened to make me regret in the slightest, or to question at all, my decision to make him my new dentist.

This is not only my review of Dr. Golia, but also my thanks for his facilitating closure to a 5 year roller coaster ride to regain my health and esthetics.I had received poor advice as well as substandard treatment when I was younger which resulted in the loss of several front teeth. As someone who takes great pride in my appearance this was truly devastating! I sought out a highly rated dentist and spent years and many thousands of dollars without success as he clearly seemed unable to find a solution. After more than a dozen attempts...and providing me one excuse after another, I turned to Dr. Golia.After years of despair, it was an amazing experience! One visit to assess the problem, one visit to fit the bridge, and a final to “tweak” it...and I was done. I don’t know if I think he’s an artist or a magician… maybe a bit of both! But after years of wasted time, money and heartache, I have my smile back 🙂 Gorgeous and beautifully crafted yet naturally looking teeth!! I am overjoyed!Thank you Dr. Golia for your artistry, your talent and your kindness.You are truly a gift, as is my smile 🙂

Dr. Golia is the consummate dental professional. He’s an example of what every dentist should be and his office staff is just fantastic. I’m in the dental marketing business and work with hundreds of dentists throughout the country and dozens in New England.Dr. Golia is performing a full mouth reconstruction and I selected him to perform this extremely detailed work because of his credentials, reputation, attention to detail, and most importantly, the confidence and guidance that he has provided to me.I cannot recommend Dr. Golia highly enough and only wish that Google provided the ability to leave a 10-star review because, in my opinion, dental care doesn’t get any better than Golia Dental in Hamden Ct. Lastly, I happily travel an hour to his office because you can’t always find excellent dental care in your own backyard.

Dr. Golia and his staff created an environment that I felt safe in, including taking temps and oxygen levels at the door, and walking me back to the room without seeing other patients. All staff members were wearing masks and appropriate PPE, and everything they did seemed to be with patient safety in mind. I wouldn't expect anything less from this staff. Thank you!

Dr. Golia provides top-notch quality dental services in a very nicely appointed office with state-of-the-art technology and advanced dental practice. His staff and colleagues are professional, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. My dental interventions have been comparatively pain-free, and the Doctor’s chair-side manner is patient and compassionate. I’ve recommended friends and family, and as a patient of this practice, now fearlessly maintain regular Maintenance appointments.

Everyone here is so incredibly nice and they care about their patients so so much. Every time I come here and I’m cold, they tuck me in with blankets and a pillow :)!
